Established Patients

We value our patients' time. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee.

New Patients

Dr. Wada is no longer accepting new patients.

Our associate Dr. Park is accepting new patients only on Wednesdays.
